Pigtails!!!

Ekkkk I can't tell you how exciting this is to me!! I know my mommy goggles are on, but she is freakin adorable with little pig tails. I also fully realize she barely has enough hair to make said pigtails but regardless, they are there and I love them  :)

12 months of us - January

This year I decided to start a personal project that I'm really excited about. Through out the year every month I will take one photo of the 5 of us. It's very rare that all five of us are in a photo all together and I love that by the end of the year we will at least have 12 of them :) Nothing fancy, just setting up the tripod and using my remote and taking a picture of all of us together. Chopped down our tree!

The day after Thanksgiving we went to Snead's Farm in Fredericksburg, VA and cut down our Christmas tree. Since Brian and I have been married we've always used a fake Christmas tree. I'm not really sure why we started with fake but we just stuck with it all these years. This year though I wanted a real Christmas tree experience for the kids. Quinn was so excited to have a real tree and couldn't wait to smell it. When we got the tree home he said it only smelled a teeny tiny bit but whatever haha. I took video through out the day and put them all together, hope you enjoy :)
